- Deadline for Exhibitor Application and Satellite Symposia Application for priority assignment.
- Deadline for all payments for Exhibits, Sponsorships and Satellite Symposia. No refunds after this date.

Late-breaking Abstract Submission Open
November 15, 2024
- Island Exhibit Design Approval.
November 22, 2024
- Exhibit space assignments emailed and Exhibitor Services Kit/Manual available (online only).
December 1, 2024
- Late-breaking abstract deadline.
December 20, 2024
- Group housing must be and paid in full by December 20, 2024. On Friday, January 10, 2025, the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego housing report will be compared to the WORLDSymposium 2025 conference registration report, and room reservations will be cancelled for all individuals who are not registered for the conference. Please remember that early registration fees end on January 6, 2025.
- Deadline to make housing reservations at group rate in official WORLDSymposium housing block (unless housing block sells out before this date).
- All individuals must be registered for WORLDSymposium 2025 in order to reserve a hotel room at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego.
December 20, 2024
- Deadline to submit the following for review: hotel door drops, satellite symposia materials and signage, and all other materials requiring review by WORLDSymposium.
January 6, 2025
- Deadline for early registration. No registration refunds after this date.
- Exhibit Assets Required. Submit exhibit promotions and giveaways.
