- Deadline for Exhibitor Application and Satellite Symposia Application for priority assignment.
- Deadline for all payments for Exhibits, Sponsorships and Satellite Symposia. No refunds after this date.
November 1, 2026
Late-breaking Abstract Submission Open
November 13, 2026
- Island Exhibit Design Approval.
December 1, 2026
- Late-breaking abstract deadline.
December 4, 2026
- Deadline to submit the following for review: hotel door drops, IET and satellite symposia materials and signage, and all other materials requiring review by WORLDSymposium.
December 18, 2026
- Deadline for early registration. No registration refunds after this date.
- All individuals must be registered for WORLDSymposium 2027 in order to reserve a hotel room at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego.December 18, 2026
- Group housing must be paid in full by December 18, 2026. On Friday, January 9, 2027, the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego housing report will be compared to the WORLDSymposium 2027 conference registration report, and room reservations will be cancelled for all individuals who are not registered for the conference. Please remember that early registration fees end on December 18, 2026.
- Deadline to make housing reservations at group rate in the official WORLDSymposium housing block (unless the housing block sells out before this date).
- Exhibit space assignments emailed and Exhibitor Services Kit/Manual available (online only).
- Exhibit Assets Required. Submit exhibit promotions and giveaways.
