Virtual Platform

WORLDSymposium 2022 Virtual Platform

This year’s Virtual Platform is a website integrated with a mobile app. In-person and virtual attendees will have access to both the Attendee Website and the Event App. Working together, they give attendees access to key event content and provide opportunities for them to interact with exhibitors, sponsors, and each other.

Sessions

From the Agenda page, Attendees can click on a session to view more information, including the session description and speaker bios.

  • Virtual Attendees will be able to view the live stream, or pre-recorded video for the session.

All attendees can:

  • Participate in Session Chat, Live Q&A, and Live Polling.
  • Add or remove the session from their agenda.
  • Download an .ics file to add the session to their personal calendar.
  • Learn more about the sponsor, if it’s a sponsored session.
  • View and download session documents.
  • Take the session feedback survey, if applicable.

Exhibitors

From the Exhibitor list, Attendees can click on an exhibitor name to view more information, including their social and website links, description, exhibitor content (videos, files, and links), sponsored sessions, and booth staff.

To start a real-time conversation with an exhibitor, attendees can send a message in the exhibitor chat, join the exhibitor’s virtual meeting room, or start a one on one meeting with a member of the organization’s booth staff.

If it’s outside the set virtual booth hours, or an exhibitor doesn’t have these interactive features enabled, attendees can click “Contact Us” to send the exhibitor a direct message instead.

Attendees will be tracked as an inbound lead for the organization when they send a message.

Exhibitor Images

  • Company Logo – Square images larger than 300 x 300 pixels
  • Virtual Booth Banner – 1872 x 320 pixels with an aspect ratio of 936 x 160 pixels
  • Even though image files up to 2 MB are supported, upload images 500 KB or less for the best web and app performance.
